An immersive refuge exploring rest, safety and collective care.
The Cocoon is a protective shell: a soft, enclosed space where visitors rest, retreat, and step outside the pressure of everyday life. It was one of three installations Joana presented at Mars & Beyond, the four-storey immersive exhibition at the OXO Tower — alongside The Doors and Shadow Membrane of Unfolding — placing a space of stillness at the centre of a speculative journey.
